    Gatti

I just got done watching Gatti Patterson 2. When gatti began changing his style, He looked in shape, quick and crisp. I have basic boxing knowledge and only recently have been trying to catch up on people carrers and accolades, but what I'm wondering is, What class do you think Gatti, was at his best, I've seen him at super featherwiegt, junior welter. Did he fight at Welter, I belive so. Also what weight did he and mayweather fight at. So weigh in and tell me where Gatti belonged.

Yeah, I liked what I just saw of him at 130, He lacked the power to try and march up the ladder me thinks. He looked real tough against a vetern Patterson. The most impressed I've really ever been with him.

He was sharp when he was younger. People really got a deluded view of him. They see him later in his career when he was the party animal. He'd blow up in between fights and all of that...he wasn't very disciplined and still is a cokehead from what I hear.

But yeah and 130 he looked sharp and powerful. He was a good boxer puncher but couldn't see the openings like alot of fighters. Ivan Robinson beat the piss out of him...and Ivan was never really known for being a true skilled stylist.

Gatti was a good Junior Lightweight, and a pretty good Junior Welter. His preformed best at 130, his best wins were hands down at 140. He didn't do well as a welterweight, simply to much weight for him. He went 16-1 (13 KO's) as a SFW, with the IBF belt in those wins. 10-3 (10) as a lightweight , no belts. 12-1 with the WBC belt as a JWW, and 3-3 as a Welter.

Jesse James Leija, Leonard Dorin, Gianluca Branco, Micky Ward, and Micky Ward again. Tracy Harris Patterson at 130 pounds x2 are also good wins.
