Here in Japan, they're so quick to mention the number of so-called "world champions" that they have, but don't be fooled. Not one of these guys have fought outside of Japan to either challenge for, or defend the titles. It boils down to these guys having no heart, and being backed by big money promoters whom the WBC and WBA have no problem accepting bribs from. Any top notch amateur or journeyman for that fact, would put it on any of these guys....straight cowards!

no, everyone knows its hard to lure those guys out of japan because of money and the fact that most promoters outside of japan arent willing to import them anywhere else, its not cowardly at all, it has to do with money, most of those guys fight in divisions where the money just isnt there so they have to stay where they are to draw a crowd.
