I picked Lacy but I think Manfredo is a live underdog and could very well win this fight with better boxing ability. Lacy has been on a LONG layoff, and had a serious injury as well. He may never be the same.

Just cause no one else is, I'm going with Manfrado Sauce by Decision, after calzage beat lacy up that was it for lac.
