    MIRANDA stops PORRAS in FIVE!

In his first fight at super middleweight, Edison Miranda (29-2, 25 KOs) stored a fifth round stoppage of Henry Porras (33-7-1, 25 KOs) on Tuesday night at the Seminole Hard Rock LIVE Arena in Hollywood, Florida. Referee Frank Santore waved it off after Miranda unloaded a powerful barrage of punches. Time was 2:45.

I completely stole this from another site..... Yeah.

hahaha, Miranda thought Pavlik was tough. Theres better boxers in the super-middle weight division better then Pavlik. I will stick by my word that the super middle weight division is tougher then the middle weight division. I don't know if Miranda can survive in this weight class against the competition.

He beat up on a journeyman, like he was supposed to. Now, let's see him in with a top-10 like Mundine, Lacy, Andrade, Bute, Froch, Zuniga, Soliman, or Bika. He should definitely try to make a fight with one of these guys next.

Shiiiit, even a Manfredo, Jr. fight would help him gain popularity.

I could see him beating anyone of those guys except for maybe Lacy.
