Jr Lighweight I would also go for Freitas vs Barios, Barios got hit so many times that is unbelieve that he stood for 12 rounds or so.

light MW: Tito vs Ried, Tito vs Vargas
      MW: G-Man vs Julian Jackson

          Reid lasted the distance though.

              140 - Hopkins-Warrick
              147 - Cintron-Matthysse
              154 - Hearns-Duran
              168 - Green-Codrington
              175 - Johnson-Jones Jr.
              200 - Wilson-Nwodo
              200+ - Lewis-Rahman II

That's all I have off the top of my head. Couldn't think of a great middleweight KO, nor anything under 140.

Special mention to Jackson-Norris at 154, but nothing tops Hearns-Duran.

I've never seen a punch as fast as what Jackson KO'd Norris with. That's the only reason honestly. I also haven't seen either of those... time to youtube.
