The most interesting thing About Cotto's HBO Highlight is that he consistantly get nearly knocked out by nobody's and light punchers like Demarcus Corley, Torres, Malignaggi, etc(theres actually an etc here like Judah). It seems he wins fights with his will more than his skill which I don't think will work against a Veteran like Mosley who wants to close the show with a MAyweather Fight...Cottos talking trash now and I think he will get knocked out. It's like he sees Shane as being soft, he gave more respect to JUdah.

I have a lot of respect for Mosley but IMO, Cotto's going to show up very strong for this fight. Cotto just has to stay close and pound that body. After that everything else will follow.

Mosley has to fight a smart fight. If Mosley just goes toe to toe(which he won't) he will get KO/TKO'd. Mosley should watch the way Malignaggi fought Cotto, Paulie got in and out with his combinations and he went toe to toe occasionally. Cotto has dreadful defense and he leaves his chin sitting there to get cracked, I am very confident that Mosley is gonna hurt Cotto, it's just a matter of finishing him when he is hurt and Mosley is a great finisher.

I agree with your assessment as well. I will be watching very, very closely at the first couple of rounds to see any reaction from Cotto when he takes a few of Mosley's shot. I feel that this will be a big indicator of how the fight will go. I'm hedging my bets that Sugar Shane will be able to hurt Cotto and hurt him often. Though Judah had the speed, he did not have anywhere near the combination punching Mosley does and I think this will make the difference. Torres (who can throw a combo or two) was able to apply punishing combinations to Cotto's dome. If Mosley can withstand the heat, he should be able to crack Cotto with some heavy combinations and I've noticed when Cotto get's hit with an assortment of punches he is easy to phase...we shall see. I'll say this though, if Mosley loses, he will go out on his shield like a true warrior.

The thing that's great about Mosley is that he is sort of like a glutton for punishment. I've seen almost all of his fights and when he gets hit and hurt, he reacts with perseverence and intent to return the pain equal fold as if a switch goes off...this fight will be a fight for the ages.
