Just thought you might want to know that since you are our local voice of authority on boxing.
The same BPP that constantly has articles about Pac taking a piss that was to yellow during training camp? His opinion holds just as much clout as yours. Where is that thread bump it for me if you have a chance.

Because if you're using this prospect fight as a hypothetical comparison.........I'd say it isn't valid until theres a rubbermatch.
Fair enough. But, in order to develop a top ten p4p, I've got assess now. You don't know if Floyd will even continue fighting if he loses to Hatton. He may retire.

It was a P.M. from bpp. So, now maybe you see that my assessment of Gonzales is well placed. The difference between you and I, skils, is that I watched boxing in the 90s. You are in college right now, so I would hasten to assume that your actual knowledge is limited to fights in the 2000s. The rest is from stat records and other such ****. So don't be talking to me like you are the wise Moses of boxing. You're obviously not. Ok budd?

I've already bet on the fight. But, if I accumulate more points I will keep you in mind. To be objective, it's a hard fight to call, not nearly as clear as the Pavlik/Taylor bout was. But, I've got to take my opinion into account when addressing the p4p question. To do otherwise is hypocritical. So there it is.

I have been watching boxing since around 1994 for your information. Please don't act like because you are older then me (supposedly) that your opinion holds anymore weight on these boards than any other just like I know my opinion doesn't hold anymore weight than yours. The difference between us is I can understand that there is always more to learn, discuss, and even teach. You on the other hand are two stubborn to understand where others are coming from. This allows my knowledge to grow everyday while yours.........well yours tends to be stuck back in the 90s.

You bet 5k on Hatton(unless I am mistaken). You have 40k in points right now. Tell me again why you need to accumulate more points?

I only bet 5k on Hatton/Mayweather with you because I have 3 other 5k bets on the fight too. I am betting 20k total on Hatton/Mayweather.

That leaves 40k which is growing everday.
