    Anyone know Felix Trinidad's workout routine?

    The man was always in great condition and I think I remember hearing something about how his dad is a great conditioning coach. Was it that Tito would run marathons? Anyone have an idea of what kind of workout routine Tito used to do (i.e. how many miles he'd run, bag work, etc.)? I was always amazed at how he never seemed to tire and always came on strong towards the end of fights even when he was getting beaten up by Hopkins.

    from what i've heard he workout mainly consists of eating in macdonalds and kfc.

        yeah i was waiting to order a 1/4 pounder meal and he pulled up behind us.

            nah but dead ass I'm curious like the thread starter is I would like to know what Tito does to prepare himself for a fight, does anybody know?

              Tito trains at his own gym, he doesn't let anyone in. In the early days, his great success came from his personal trainer, many say he's one of the very best if not best in PR. Tito always been very dedicated and a marathon runner, back in the day, you would see him finishing up a hard day of work with a half hour solid ab routine, everyone was out the showers by then, but not him.

                Very true.. Trinidad always used to run marathons in Puerto Rico, not on some **** with 1,000 people running with him but his road work was extensive and he used to overly run, that is what gave him his great stamina but much to my surprise he has unsteady feet as shown in the Vargas fight.. I was hoping someone knew his actual sets and reps count and sequence of work out but if he closes his doors for training I could pretty much forget about that, I would love to know what he does to maintain the strength behind those hammers of his.. 100

                  I reckon that Trinidad knows what his workout routine was, so does his trainer. Maybe some of his family and friends. Oh and the guy who cleans up at the gym.
