When I look at this fight realistically. Byrd does not have the power to keep Povetkin off him. So, its clear that Povetkin will look to impress and shock some ppl by getting a ko/tko. Since, I thought Povetkin's last fight was garbage and so did others. Larry Donald is old and not that good anymore... He should have been a ko/tko for the strong Povetkin... No, the old Larry Donald took Povetkin the distance... Wow...

I really think that they are moving him up too quickly to fsce the likes of Byrd, Chambers/Brock..

I think even being the olympian, he is way too green
Imagine all the hype if he wins the tournament though. He'll be promoted as the next savior of the division.

They almost always push Gold medalists to a title shot fast, look at Holyfield, fought Qawi for the WBA Cruiserweight title in his 12th pro fight.

Holyfield didn't win a Gold, but yeah, a lot of olympians rise very quickly or are over protected.

Since it was so rediculous the way they robbed him of a Gold, it got his name out there even more.

i think povetkin will probably win

but i bet 30 bucks on byrd to win a decision to win 210 dollars

+700 odds on a former champ against a guy who has never gone 12 is hard to turn down

I think Povetkin will win as well but yeah, that is a bet you have to roll the dice on all things considered.

For success as well as Borscht.
Looks like my prediction was on the button.
Good performance from the new kid on the block.
And only his 14th fight of his pro career.
