    Floyd: Hatton a dirty fighter!

    Friday, October 26 2007

WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather says he doesn't expect officials in Las Vegas to put up with any roughhouse tactics from IBO jr welter king Ricky Hatton when they meet December 8th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. "In Vegas they don't play that crap," stated Mayweather. "They're firm but they're fair and I just want to go out there and fight a good fight man, and keep it clean. But if he gets dirty, I don't mind getting dirty. It's whatever he wants to do." Floyd says he has nothing to fear from Hatton's style of 'punch/hold.' "From what I've seen it's extremely dirty and you know me, I truly believe in an eye for an eye. If you hit me low, I'm going to hit you low. And I'm just saying he's s dirty fighter."

that fight was inches away from a disqualification, if he would have done it, it would have been disaterous at that point.

Floyd acts as if that "elbow to the neck" routine that he pulls is legal. He does it every fight.

Yes indeed he does. But evey fighter does something that is illegal its just that what some fighters do is worse than other because of the effect it can have on the outcome of the fight.

So Fake Floyd is whining like a ***** now eh?

I'm not surprised. Everyone who has half a brain knows that Fake Floyd is a coward. When Marg went up to him face to face Fake Floyd and his punk bodyguards couldn't move a finger in fear.

So I'm not surprised Fake Floyd is whining like a lil ***** that he is.

He should also complain about himself hugging ala John Ruiz.

i think Hatton is a dirty fighter IMO but its a case of how far are u allowed to push the envelop if the referee lets u get away with it your gonna do it ,and you have to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who exclusively fights inside IMO otherwise you are taking away a percentage of their chances of winning the fight ,at the end of the day both men will cheat if they can get away with it Floyd cannot say he would'nt take advantage if given the opurtunity

its like ive said before Boxing on the back foot and tying the oponent up when he gets insdie is Holding all the same but it seen as a tactic and referees understand this and let fighters use it to impliment there game plan why should Hatton not get the benefit of the doubt to impliment his game plan
