So which criticism of Floyd is more prevalent right now?

Is he fighting a bum or is he going to lose?

I think he's facing a BIG threat in Ricky Hatton, Floyd likes to say "38 have tried, 38 have failed" but if Ricky wanted to he can say "43 have tried, 43 have failed", whats a bigger number? Ricky ain't no chump he's just going against the most skillful Boxer of this era in Floyd, I pick Floyd but in no way is Ricky a bum, not only is he a TRUE class act, humble and generous, he carries himself respectably in and out of the ring, that and the fact that he's beaten everyone he has ever faced in the professional ranks, has more wins and KO's than Floyd, has beaten Kostya Tszyu into submission something that Mayweather didn't (not couldn't, I believe he could) do and has a relentless style. Ricky is no chump but in terms of beating Floyd? nah.. 100

He's fighting a bum, Hatton is nobody. He's overrated, he ducked every legitimate threat ever. He beat his wife, he tried to kill some people at the VMAs, he's ****y. He's classless, a total prick. Good for nothing, ducked Margarito. Afraid of a fight, runs from everybody. Has pillow fists, never beat anybody of substance. Not ATG material.

Have I left anything out? That's all his haters can say about the dude. They can't discuss anything at all rationally, they just start pulling any of those lines from their ass.

Saying hes going to lose isnt a criticism its a prediction. But the worst one people could say about him is he doesnt actually box, he runs.

Let the haters tell it it is a little bit of both. When PBF wins he was supposed to because they will say Hatton wasn't on his level(Bum) but at the sametime claim that PBF is going to lose it makes no sense at all.

If Mayweather wins it's because Ricky is a bum. If he loses, it's because Mayweather always ****** and he was so bad he got beaten by a bum named Hatton. That is what will be said here on December 9th. Revisionists love making **** up.

I love how a guy with noteable wins over Tszyu and Castillo, and a record of 43-0 with some solid opposition (though not know by most here who don't watch British boxing) is a bum. Like these ****ing keyboard warriors could beat anybody Hatton or Mayweather has.

Agreed. apart from the floyd win part, i have no idea who to pick and i think its better that way because come the night of the fight i wont be routing for any fighter, il just be looking for a good fight. Your right ricky is very humble. He heads into town to the local pub and throws some arrows with the locals and i cant say floyd does any of that type of stuff with his locals. I think with Hattons humbleness itl be hard for floyd to get at him mentaly, making this an interesting fight in many ways because no fighter will be coming in, guns blazing because they're annoyed. Can't wait!

lol for a minute when I first started reading this before I hit your 2nd paragraph I though WHAT?? good one and yes I agree these haters do nothing but spew hate out of their asses irrationally, like I stated in the other thread they aren't fans of the sport they are fans of the fighters so when someone points out the negative things on their fighter they feel the need to come out and defend them by bashing the other guy which is complete 2nd grade bull****.. 100

Sadly most posters here allow personal beliefs and/or feelings towards a fighter cloud their judgment about their in ring abilities and accomplishments. I could name dozens of examples but it would ultimately be an exercise in futility.
