I would wager everything I own that I have partied harder than you could ever dream of and it cost me virtually nothing to do it as well.
I used to run one of the busiest Bars in a poular summer resort in Spain for 6 years\amongst other ventures.
And I have money in the bank and a property portfolio that will keep me partying when I retire.
So I have money too.
In MY culture we are brought up to value money.
It is actually considered bad form to flaunt your wealth.
I am also interested in what culture it is that thinks throwing money around is cool?
Unless you are extremely wealthy you can't last in that culture without a serious sustainable income.

This song when I first heard it for the first time,my first thoughts were ''appauling''. However, on listening to it over and over again, I thought this song is not bad , and it started to stick in my head.
It has a good beat to it, and nice lyrics.
The first and foremost thing that I would change about this song, would be Floyd and replacing him with another rapper.Some1 like 50 cent's voice.
