Kermit Cintron has improved under Manny Steward and he is the hardest puncher at 147 hands down, but I question his heart after the fight with Margarito. Paul Williams is the biggest Welterweight of all time and he appears to have an iron chin and a big heart. The fight is gonna be close, but I see Williams pulling out a late TKO or UD.
