HOW Many TICKETS would PAVLIK-HOPKINS SELL in OHIO????

No doubt PAVLIK is a massive draw in Ohio.

The fight would be held in BROWNS STADIUM, which seats 70,000+ people.

Youngstown itself only has like 90,000 people, and obviously not every single person would attend.

But he's not just a draw in youngstown, its the whole region.

SO how many seats of the 70,000 would be filled???

My guess, 35,000. I think if this fight is promoted well it could do better.

But considering Pavlik is big and its in his hometown, and Hopkins is a big name, i think it reaches 30,000 mark, but it could do better IMO.

I mean, think of it this way. Cotto draws 20,000 outside his hometown, in NY. IN his hometown, im sure COTTO-MOSLEY could do like 40,000 people u think??? All his fans right there with easy access to the stadium.

Same thing with Pavlik. All his fans, smalltime fans or bigtime fans, would have easier access to the stadium.

Thoughts? think im totally blowing these guys's popularity's outta perportion???

If a football game can draw a huge crowd, why not the beloved Pavlike. It would be a huge event in Ohio. But the ticket prices have to be right, so they can fill the arena, no neet to get greedy with that many seats.

i think it does a ton better then 20.

maybe even better then 35 idk. Im not sure how popular he is over there.

But 5,000 came from ohio to see him fight in AC, and probably 8,000 of the 10 there were rooting for him.

They are having this **** IN A STADIUM. Arum knows exactly what he is doing. I think it would sell out eventually. Pavlik is becoming like Pacquiao in the state of ohio.

It would be huge and great for boxing. Shiiit, they are already talking of Pavlik/Hopkins in OH. Why not this re-match...

              Then there's this...

Why would Taylor want to fight in Pavlik's backyard......??????

It really should be in neutral territory.

Not many, unless dealers will accept the potato barters.

I think Pavlik could definately sellout Browns stadium for an attendance of 70,000+. Hopkins is also the most recognizable name out there and he will also help the draw.
