IMO, Taylor may have a better chance at winning this one then he did the last one.

Taylor is going to be hungry as ever to get his title back. This fight should be fought smart, so Taylor better get his boxing shoes on.

Pavlik's only worry in this re-match is with the judges. In the first fight what I found shocking was the fact Taylor was ahead on the judges cards. I for one believe Taylor is/was one of HBO's golden boys and shouldn't have been surprised. He lost to Wright and Spinks yet kept his title. I believe Pavlik will win the rematch again by knock out because I'm sure after seeing the scores in the first fight he knows he can't win a decision. I have never been impressed with Taylor and have always thought he was a protected fighter. he managed to cherry pick welterweights and Jr middleweights while the media screamed he was the second coming of Marvin Hagler or Carlos Monzon. Frankly I'd like to see him fight a real middleweight like Miranda before getting a re-match but once again if Pavliks not careful he'll steal the title and go back to fighting little guys.

i say pavlik KOs taylor again, this time in the later rounds though. taylor is gonna be conservative and go after pavlik as much so that he doesnt gas like he did int he first fight, and pavlik is gonna keep comin forward and forward imposing his will, eventually KOing JT. pavlik is jus too strong man...

Anybody else think that this fight NEEDS to take place at 160, and not at 166? I say if it ain't at 160, then don't fight! It loses a little of it's luster if it's not for the "Middleweight Championship of the World."

The only chance Taylor will have, will be the chance to receive serious brain damage.

If Pavlik comes out focused and prepared well, I honestly believe he can put away Taylor within 3 rounds.

Pavlik may be hesitant to come out swinging because he knows Taylor hits hard now, and Taylor is most likely going to be more defensive.
On the other hand, Pavlik knows he KO'ed Taylor and can do it again, so he might try for it early.
Its going to be an exciting fight.
