I like Gorres's chance against Starchinnyan. The big ?for Gorres is. How is he gonna react when Starchinyan hits him with the first solid shot.


Gorres in the Montiel fight had many opportunities for counters when he was making Montiel missed, but he never capitalized on it , and when Monitel started taggin' him, Gorres started being gun shy.

I believe Gorres has "the goods", but does he have the fortitude when he is in a tough fight or is up against someone that can hurt him. Gorres has two things going for him. He's slick and is a southpaw, this is usually a nightmare of a style matchup for many opponents.

A well prepared Gorrez can surely beat Darchinyan but it won't be as lopsided as the Arce-Mijares fight. Gorrez is not that good.

Gorres may not be as good as Mijares but Darchinyan is no Arce either. And if Darchinyan's last fight should be an indication, he shall be even less of an Arce than previously thought.
