To me Cotto, looks a bit slow, and won't have the reflexes to keep up with Mosley.

However, having said that , he did walk all over Judah.

Mosley, is a different ball game though.
He walked all over Judah. But that was mentally, not physically.

Judah wasn't punching back. He may have been damaged from the fouls - but he wasn't punching back.

Cotto is good at hunting down a retreating opponent.

That's the simple fact of the matter.

Shane is going to be in his grill, and I agree; it will be a KNOCKOUT.

Yes, we boricuas are very proud of our heritage! And in turn, we absolutely go ape**** when our fighters make it to the big time!

Even though I was young at the time (14 and not really into boxing), I remember when my whole family used to gather at my grandfather's house every time Tito fought on PPV. We'd have a party and cheer and really brought us together.

Small detail: My first experience was when Trinidad-De la Hoya came together. I wish I could've comprehended how big that was. Tito an undefeated knockout sensation, De la Hoya as Mexico's golden boy and undefeated as well. Mexico VS Puerto Rico...

We were all there with party snacks and soda pop and everything sitting in the living room chatting as the undercards took place IIRC. EVERYONE was for Tito, except one person. An uncle of my mom favored De la Hoya. Everybody respected his opinion, but then he became a real asshat and started making fun of my grandfather who, may he rest in peace, was real patriotic. Every time DLH struck him and won rounds, he would bury his head in his hands, rubbing his eyes and forehead as if he had a headache. On the other side, he had his brother-in-law making fun of his puertorrican boxer. The guy even started to pull on a large puertorrican flag that my grandfather had in the corner of the living room. Everyone was pissed off due to the fact he was becoming a real idiot. When the decision was announced, everyone cheered LOUDLY and my mother started shouting in his face REAL loudly: "BOA! Y LA PROXIMA VEZ QUE LE HAGAS ESO A LA BANDERA TE LARGAS PAL CARA**!" LOL!!!!

Rough Translation: "Take that! And next time you do that again to the flag you can go straight to hell!"

I looked at my mom and wondered: "Wow, what's gotten into her?"

      Viva Puerto Rico!

This fight is to hard to tell, it will answer alot of questions about both fighters. I just know the outcome will lead to an 08 that very well may top this year.

Yeah, but I'm torn on this. I want Cotto to win, but I have never been more for him than now. I just hope it's a thrilling battle. Cotto always comes to fight.

And I respect both guys, they're both gentlemen. Both are skilled and show sportsmanship to boot. I guess it's somewhat relieving the fact that there's no downright animosity.

Oh, Tito! What a sad sight!

                Speaking of Trinidad/Hopkins..

Trinidad was 28, Hopkins was 36.

Cotto is 27, Mosley is 36.

We'll have to see if this "old man" stuff holds up for those who invoke it..

Hopkins is pretty damn exceptional in terms of longevity and retaining talent into his old age. Nevertheless, I think this will be a very entertaining fight.

This might be the beginning of Shane Mosley's second run.

We'll have to see.. "Exception" or not.

Shane isn't exactly Johnny Tapia either..

The point is; Bernard Hopkins' second career began at 36.

Shane looked pretty damn good his last time out..

The writing is on the wall.

shane didn't look like a 36 year old man last time out. if he gets miguelito hurt he'll finish him, not let him come back and win the fight like a mentally weak judah. shane's been in with the best
