Valero. If he can, he hasn't been able to show it.
Wayne McCullough, in particular, the first incarnation.
Rafael "Bazooka" Limon. I never saw him fire his bazooka from outside.

Vic is horrible, he has no real boxing ability what so ever. Just a hard punch.

The pocket rocket had some boxing ability, not a great deal, far worse out there.

Maybe he had, but it was invisible to my eyes when he fought Morales, Polo Perez, Len Martinez, Zaragoza, Jerome Coffee. Erik boxed him some to win a decision and Coffee tried to keep him at bay while the bout lasted (Wayned dropped Coffee in the first round, then in the fifth, Coffee thought he had enough of the whirlwind that was McCullough and repaired to... the nearest Starbucks?).

Ravanales kept punching him low in an apparent attempt to slow his assault a tad. No success. They went 12 with Wayne winning. But they left the spectators' throats hoarse and bodies drained.

Edit: When McCullough won the WBC title by Split D in Japan, he sent his Japanese opponent to permanent retirement.

I dunno why they call him "The Pocket Rocket." I think, "Wayne, The Whirlwind" would have sounded better and been more befitting.
