I’d want to see Pavlik-Taylor II just as much as the first fight. I see a fight that could go either way.
With to evenly matched guys, not a lot need to change before we have another outcome.

Don't know if this is the real JT or not**, but something tells me it could be. You can tell most fakes by to many posts, either they try to discredit either themselves indirectly by being fools or they talk **** of others in a manner no pro. (perhaps one) would do..
This seems to be pretty short info, without any bull****.
If this is fake, I'm left with the question - why?

It would be a good start to 2008 if it’s true.

**In case it is, good luck

knockout on first punch thrown? ha, doubtful

I bet Taylor will take Pavlik more seriously this time

Manny Steward had the wrong attitude going into the first fight "Kelly Pavlik hasn't consistantly been up against the elite level names like Jermain has."

okay so what, Hopkins and Winky Wright fight nothing like Kelly Pavlik so its irrelivent to compare the 3.

thats the funny thing about a boomerang, you throw it, and it comes right back at you. Manny ate his words (its still a winnable fight for JT, but he's gotta do some things differently)

did Manny even congratulate Pavlik's trainer in the ring, post fight? I think not.

I'll be completely honest with you, I don't believe this is Jermain Taylor but for what it's worth here's what I think.. next time you get into that ring with Pavlik work on your head movement more, you was still getting hit even though you tried to duck punches, that philly shell defense of yours makes it so when you bob and weave you just barely evade a punch and not necessarily go under them or to the side of them, Pavlik hit you with a few punches that if your head movement was better you could have avoided.. round 5 of that fight is proof in the pudding you have the skills to beat him twice a day for 2 weeks it's just Pavlik is an awkward dude, he's tall with crazy range and since his arms are so long and his speed is good before you realize he threw a punch you got hit already, not to mention his power and constant jab, these are things you can overcome and actually DID overcome until you allowed for yourself to be pummeled in the corner..

I pick you in rematch as I did in the first fight because I know you have the tools to KO Pavlik, you dropped him and hurt him real bad but you threw too much at him too soon, you expended too much energy on punches that didn't land so clean before so that when the actual moment came to finish him you slowed down a bit and that allowed for him to gather himself and continue, even landed some good ones back at you. overall I say all you have to do is move your head better, tattoo your jab in his face, watch for his right hand and just take your time with your punches, don't throw just to throw you feel me just take your time, pick and choose your spots and when you clinch on Pavlik grab BOTH his arms, he was able to land some shots on you because you'd grab one arm yet leave the other one free with enough room to strike..

the biggest flaw I can see that you had in that fight was getting on them ropes and staying there, you tried to actually fight on the ropes against a taller, longer armed and bigger puncher, you in effect ended up giving Pavlik everything he needed to beat you, you made yourself easily hittable by posting up in them corners and not moving your head good enough, the lunging was way too short and you was still in punching range, study the tapes real good and you'll see my point, had you moved your head better from side to side Pavlik wouldn't have been able to land that 1, 2 so effectively and with you backing up into the corners you sealed your own fate, you started off very very well and even still in the first few rounds you expended like 4-5 rounds worth of energy while Pavlik kept his cool and carefully picked his spots.. to me you could have won, you proved me right even in defeat because when you was doing the **** I was saying that would win you the fight before you ended up winning, it's the things that shouldn't have been happening in the 1st place that ****ed you up, in terms of hand to hand combat you already won that you just paid for a mistake and the cost was high.. 100

Ok so lets get this straight. If Taylor makes it out of the First round you lose the bet right. Do you still want to bet? I told you I would be interested.
