do you think that jones jr and tarver will fight again? jones keeps saying he want to fight him again but honestly i dont think there would be any money in it. if roy beats tito he is going to have to get a big fight wheather its bhop or maybe a title shot in the lightheavy div. what are your thoughts.

i honestly feel that there is no need. tarver already beat jones twice so there is nothing to prove. if this fight were to happen very little will be interested including me. roy needs to just move and realize that tarver is a better fighter than him.

i dont even think tarver is better than roy i just think you have to look at when roy beat him roy had the heart not tarver in the second fight it was one punch bc lets face it roy was working him. the third fight was just roy saying hey look i can still go 12 rounds. but yea i agree he blew his chance with beating him bc even in the first few rounds of the third fight you could see where roy was able to beat him down and out work him. but he let that slip away. but i agree with you. he just let it slip away.

nah they wont fight again i dont think. after roy beats tito, i dono wut would happen. cuz im sure hop will wanna fight the winner of calz-kessler, then maybe winner of that fight pavlik.

i dont know where jones fits in there after beating tito, which IMO will be an easy win for him...

yeah i see no point. from roys point of view i know he wants to redeem hisself against tarver. from a business point of view its useless. i dont any promoter in their right mind would push for this fight. the only way it happen is if a title is involved. thats the only way i see it happening.

To the guy in the 2nd post that said Tarver already beat him twice & has nothin to prove. Did you forget Roy also has two wins over Tarver. One as an amateur and also the first fight as pros. So its really tied up 2 each. In the last fight everyone says Roy didint even fight. I'll agree he didint put up much offense but Tarver did nothing either untill the 11th when he caught Roy with a lucky right hook. Roy showed enough in the fight and the last one that he CAN whoop Tarver.

I think Roys gonna fight Glen Johnson after Tito. Hes been saying thats the fight he wants most. As long as he wins those two and Tarver wins a couple fights I could see it happening again.
