khan needs to make the transition from Ameteur to Proffesional because he still has that upright Ameteur style that will be punsihed against Top fighters ,but there is no doubting his ability he is ready for British level by virtue of the fact John Thaxton is ****e but world level he is way off Technically at the minute his defence is non existent and he takes way to many chances and he is to straight up

but having said all that he has all the physical attributes speed ,power,agility ,etc he got caught high on the head against Limond and that is a very vulnerable spot ,RJJ v Glen Johnson ,Codrington ,Lloyd Taylor v Craig Watson was a perfect example of a high punch on the temple and how it can effect your balance

lets have it right Khan won that fight and the above fighters were knocked out cold from that type of punch ,Terry Norris , ,Hearns ,Trinidad all had questionable chins but were all top top fightrs and most importantly WC

no doubt Khan has a lot to learn but he can be a WC with good coaching

Amir has skills, hes flashy but talented.
His upcoming fight with Earl with probably show us what kind of heart he has, Earl can take punishment and battle through, this should be a good one.

Im not sure anyone truly rates him. His olympic silver medal has elavated him to celebrity status much in the same way it did Audley Harrison.

There is no question he is very fast and can punch, but he is still very amatuerish and is too straight up. He gets caught coming in and is very vunerable in close.

I dont see him going that far. But he has enough to ensure he will get at least one title shot. But will have a handle of loses over the next 10 years.
