Well, anybody with a functional TV saw that Shane turned down a Mayweather fight during the Vargas post-fight interview ("Jin wants to go on vacation...my tooth").

And SSM has turned down previous FMJ offers. So, perhaps SSM wasn't as certain of a win as some NSB posters are,

In all fairness, SSM turned down the offer at 135 to go get that Oscar fight at 147. Probaby the last smart career move he made.

Stop stalking him you little twit. Anybody you deem not to be a Mayweather fan, you have to attack in your pedantic school masterish way.

        Odd.

Well the Oscar that Mosley OWNED was definitely a lot younger, fitter, faster, etc than the one Mayweather STRUGGLED with, that's for sure.

Thats true Floyd offered the fight it was Shane that turned it down but I reckon it would have been a great match in skills all the same .

So, are you a huge fan of EVERYONE that Mayweather beat, or just the washed up ones, just curious?

If you think for one minute Floyd stuggled with Oscar your a kennel blind fool or you dont have rewind and slow motion on your DVD recorder .

What's unfortunate is that Shane turned down the fight for fall, 2006. And if they DO fight, it will be in spring/summer 2008 - nearly 2 years later.

Surely that will be a diminished Shane.

Mosley REALLY ****ed up. That PBF-SSM fight would have been huge. Instead, Shane ended up fighting Collazo in an empty arena for 2 mil on WCB.
