As far as Holyfield is concerned, I'm not CONCERNED with him. I don't value a man or what he says when he doesn't know when to give up on something. Rude if it is, ohh well.An independent test would have more credibility, yes. Because the "test" that he took has zero.
Listen, it's easy.
Shane was one of many athletes who were clients of BALCO. Several other clients admit that they knew what they were taking, and Victor Conte AND THE CHEMIST have come clean about the program. The track athletes were all suspended. Or retired.
This was a revolutionary program. That is why the athletes associated with Balco had "leading edge" performances. It was no coincidence.
Tim Montgomery set the world record in the 100M
Kelli White won the world championship.
Marion Jones won five Olympic medals. And ran boththe 100 and 400. (!!!!!)
Jason Giambi became a baseball MVP
Barry Bonds performances.
Kelli White gave a detailed account of what the program was: the cream, the clear, HGH, EPO, insulin and modafinil.
This wasn't some bootleg WWE "get big" program.. This was a performance-directed program. Speed, stamina, alertness. EPO is widely used in cycling. It builds stamina.
Now, if you want to believe that Shane Mosley is the only one of the clients who took nothing, and that Victor Conte is lying, fine. Have at that. Shane is innocent. God bless you.
Marion Jones denied it for ten years. And then a couple of weeks ago, she came clean. The entire time, Victor Conte stuck to his guns.
Why would Victor Conte lie about Shane Mosley? Or about anybody? Why would he create a doping calendar for Shane? Just for kicks?
You're a smart man. Believe what you want.
Oh, btw, "EVAN FIELDs" is not EVANder HolyFIELD. Even though they have the same date of birth and the same home address.
I'm not saying that Mosley did or didn't. What I'm saying is I don't know. He doesn't seem like he would to me, and essentially, it's his word against Victor Conte's. Victor, has every reason to lie, actually. Deflecting any wrong-doing happens, all the time.Comment

Victor has already plead guilty and served his jail term. He admitted to distributing steroids. Why would Victor tell the truth about EVERYBODY else, but lie about Shane? As far as Holyfield is concerned, I'm not CONCERNED with him. Shane admitted to taking their products, but said that he "didn't know what they were".Comment

No offense, but I now see how OJ, Robert Blake and Phil Spector got off.As far as Holyfield is concerned, I'm not CONCERNED with him. I don't value a man or what he says when he doesn't know when to give up on something. Rude if it is, ohh well.

I don't think he's telling the truth about everybody either. Not based on anything personal. I just don't believe anyone who does something illegal for any length of time, for strictly personal gain, comes out and all of a sudden, is 100% trust-worthy. ****, I don't think ANYONE, period, is 100% trust-worthy. Let alone someone who may want to push some of the focus onto others. Which is why he STILL would lie about some of the people he's named. You don't think in his communitee of people, ehe has to feel some guilt, or see people metaphorically pointing the finger at him? It's not really unlikely that he would want some of the focus off of him.Comment

Don't lump me in with Americans. Especially coming from someone who comes from a country that allows drugs to flow freely throughout the rest of the world, huh?Comment

Usually, when you are distributing steroids, there is a client taking them..agreed?I don't think he's telling the truth about everybody either. Not based on anything personal. And a good place to start looking for the clients would be the client list. Agreed?Comment

Were you there when Mosley took the steroids? Because I wasn't. Now, I don't believe in God, but He'd be the onyl one who's able to make judgment without proof. You have good evidence, I'll give you that. HUGE difference in evidence and proof.Comment
