LOL 1st degree is intent, motive and other things. If One of them picks up a chair and cracks the opponent over the head when walking back to the corner for round break, it still aint 1st degree.

I always thought muder 1 was the worst to be charged with. Either way, the point of the thread was to identify fights where the winner batters his opponent so badly as to be charged with a crime. This is not a serious thread like the poster above me stated.

DLH vs Mayorga had potential to be very ugly but Mayorga held his own.
