You can't expect everyone to agree that Mayweather is the best ever and will never lose. But the racist, angry, militant loser who made this thread is whining that people sometimes want Floyd to lose. So ****ing what?? People always want a great athlete to lose. And they pretty much always do eventually.

IMO I think the next hope would be Shane Mosley. I believe he will beat cotto and challenge Mayweather. If this happens I think that Mosely will have a decent chance. He may be older but he posseses the discipline and ring smarts to possibly beat floyd mayweather. Floyd mainly beats his opponents by outsmarting them. I think it would be interesting for him to face a fighter with intelligence that could possibly rival his own. I don't think he would be as fast as mayweather but he has enough speed to give him problems. I hope Mosely wins. Its not because I dislike Cotto but I just think that the significance of a Floyd and Shane matchup will be greater. The reason why I say that is that Oscar almost beat him. It'll just be interesting to see how the man that beat DLH twice will do since he's proven he is the better fighter between the two. I'll just have to wait and see how he does against cotto.

As I have mentioned on many occasions, Pac is one of my favourite fighters.

When a guy is 144 and fights at 130... when a guy is heavier on fight night than Juan Diaz, when a guy is within a few pounds of guys who are competing several weight classes north, when a guy shows up at weigh-in looking gaunt and drawn....then yeah. He's hiding at a lower weight.

Like Arturo Gatti did. Like Miguel Cotto did. Like Bernard Hopkins did. Like Joshua Clottey is doing. Like Corrales /Castillo did....

Floyd is a great fighter and like ANY great fighter, there are active guys who would beat him. I think Paul Williams is one of them. I do not think Ricky Hatton is one of them.

People DO want Floyd to lose. And that's OK!! We are sports fans. We SHOULD want certain guys to win and/or lose. Every time the Boston Celtics take the court, I want them to lose 100-0.

What's wrong with wanting Floyd to lose??? Nothing!! Now, the REASONS you may want him to lose are the key issue....
