    What happens

    ok if someone throws a wild punch and i move out of the way and he falls and it is clear that is wasnt a slip does that count as a knockdown or like taking a knee sort of thing??

    Usually, it counts as a slip. The knockout must happen due to a punch, or an accumulation of punches, where the fighter finally folds or is forced to take a knee. If the fighter falls against the ropes, that's also a knockdown. Or should be. But, he he goes to the ground based off of what you said, it's ruled a slip, or some sort of a slip, and his gloves are wiped off, and he's sent back out without being in fear of a point deduction.

      thtas what i thougt i've never seen it happen. but im sure there is an ahole judge out there that would rule it some kind of knockdown
