HaHa.. You didn't see it??? How were you the ONLY guy who didn't see it and it's posted and quoted multiple times in the thread where you asked for it? I'm pretty sure you were posting around it afterward on top of that..Addy,
I gave you my detailed damn-near-round-by-round prediuction of how I thought the fight would go.... I asked for yours. Never seen it.
In case, you forgot mine... here it is again. You can do all the whining and crying you want.
Every time you try to lie, i give you an objective source. Period.
You can keep lying... but I will continue to give you an objective source every time.
NOW, LET'S SEE YOUR FIGHT PREDICTION.
Round 1: Floyd comes out and stands in the middle of the ring. Fairly flat-footed. He is trying to gauge Hatton's strength and speed, and is tuning up his defense. Ricky is catious and throws less than usual. He has a good measure of respect for PBF's speed and counter-punching. He won't get reckless. Ricky was busier. Round 1 Hatton.
Rd 2: Ricky picks up the pace, and so does Floyd. Mayweather still isn't in form, and they fight a fairly busy but close round. Hatton eats some uppercuts and counter-rights. But RH is determined because he knows that he has to establish his fight. They may end up near/on the ropes. It is becoming clear now to Rick that he is not the stronger man in the ring. Close round. Either way. Probably Hatton on activity.
Rds 3/4: Mayweather is busier than in the first coupla rounds. He is landing consistently hard shots now, and blocking Hatton's increasingly wide shots. On some occasions, RH comes inside, clinches and tries to maul. PBF is retaliating by pushing off with the elbow/forearm, and the ref warns him. The first signs of wear appear on Rick's face. Rds 3/4 are Mayweather.
Rds 5/6/7: It is starting to get a bit ugly, and the outcome of the fight is clear now. Hatton, unable to muscle Floyd, and with a considerable skill/speed disadvantage, is getting hit too much. Ricky, being a gamer, rallies. But his face is starting to open badly, and he hasn't solved the puzzle of how to get to Floyd consistently. Perhaps RH takes one of these rounds, but this middle part of the fight is where FMJ really pulls away.
Rds 8/9: Very ugly. Very. At times, it looks "sixth-round-of-the-Gatti-fight-esque". Ricky, uncharacteristically, is fatiguing and his face is a mess. The ref and/or ring doctor has already taken a good look. Floyd puts his foot on the gas. He stays on the perimeter but is launching hard, straight stuff.
Hatton's corner, in a smart decision to preserve their fighter's health and psyche, elects not to send him out for round 10.
Mayweather TKO 9 Hatton.
Anyway, your round by round suits you. You've portrayed Hatton as an extra in a short story starring Floyd Mayweather. There is almost ZERO detail of the weaponry unleased or the armory of each fighter. There is ZERO reference to the defensive and physical aspects of each fighters repertoire. Basically NOTHING regarding what will actually take place. Just a few surface brushes of generic round by round fiction painted with simplicity.
You actually said they "may" end up near the ropes..
PLEASE!
Creating a round by round is a nice touch, but if you're gonna do it; do it right. These serious ring heads tend to talk about various momentum shifts, blows landed, and pivotal exhanges.. Not some overly speculative soap opera episodic..
But I did my worst to humor your beat, as this is freestyle.. It has to be a little bit tounge in cheek of course.. Anyone SERIOUS doesn't waste their time trying to guess every ****ing round of a fight that hasn't happened yet.
But here ya go:
Hatton will come out agressive as promised. Mayweather will surprise, and engage with Hatton immediately. Ricky will lead with his jab while anticipating Mayweathers counter right hand as he ducks to his left underneath and comes up answering with hard repeated left hooks to the body in the clinch and against the ropes.
Mayweather will step back and fire short right hands catching Hatton, but the punches won't have enough extension to keep Ricky away. Hatton will continue to charge in while occasionally feinting and clinching Mayweather at both ends. Hatton will be caught with regularity as Mayweather focuses on openings, but Ricky will limit Floyd's shots to singles as he continously mixes up his attack. For every one eye catching shot Floyd lands, Hatton will spend 20 seconds pounding all over Mayweather pushing and grabbing frantically.
Floyd will eventually start taking two steps back launching forward with hard left hooks and rights hands. Hatton will back off occasionally, and Mayweather will control the the center of the ring with hard combinations, and foot movement . The pace will be measured but will increase dramatically as Hatton presses forward again trying to maul and disarm Mayweather's counterpunching and defense. Sometimes Ricky will lead with his head grabbing Mayweather, other times Ricky will lead with short punches as he falls in and scores to the body in the clinch.
Floyd will back up trying desperately to keep Hatton at range and catch him coming in. Occasionally, he will find Hatton with good punches - but Ricky will stay up. As they clinch and flurry out Hatton will catch Mayweather with heavy shot to the cup. A point will be deducted. Larry Merchant will say something offensive about Floyd, and guys with diamonds in their teeth at ringside. Ect. ect.
Hatton wins a unanimous decision by close scores.Comment

Yeah, no one has ever misread the main point of a post.
Seriously though, do you have anything to add to the actual substantive conversation going on, or do you just want to throw out some more random observations about what certain posters do?Comment

nonono, duchess.
I posted that quote from Hatton SPECIFICALLY so that you can't use the 'ole "HATTON UNDERESTIMATED HIM" excuse.
Collazo is a mid-tier welterweight. Period. Repeat: Luis Collazo is not an elite welterweight.
No, I haven't been punched by Collazo. Any more than you have been punched by Mosley. And the same way that we can say that Mosley or Judah punches well, we can say that Collazo is asspaper-fisted.
You can hide behind all the insults you want. That will not change what will happen on Dec 8th. Not. One. Bit.
Now, let's see your fight prediction. Go on the record with that, sweetie.
HaHa.. Man..
You silly little FANBOY.. You don't know ****. NOPE. Never did.
You're digging a hole for yourself, Einstein..Comment
