Hlatshwayo Targets Matthew Hatton on Dec. 8

The Disptach reports that Nick Durandt, manager of IBO welterweight champion Isaac Hlatshwayo (27-1, 9KOs), is trying to pitch a possible fight against Matthew Hatton (31-3, 12KOs), the younger brother of Ricky, on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather Jr-Hatton on Dec. 8 in Las Vegas. [details]

i don't really rate matthew hatton.

but if he thinks he has a chance of beating this guy he should take the fight just because isaac is ranked top 10 by the WBC.

but really, at the moment i think he'd struggle to contend with the top domestic welterweights in the uk.

After Paul Williams is done beating cintron and taking the ibf title for himself. Pun should fight IBO welterweight champion Isaac Hlatshwayo if he cant land a big fight. why? because it adsds a third trinket. i know the ibo belt dont mean ****, but it is the most sought after title if you dont include the 4 major titles and the ring belt. therefore, a PW fight for any other WW will be more tempting. plus paul can walk in the ring with 3 belts.

Matt has improved recently didn't look to great in his last fight, he just doesn't have that extra spark to take him to the next level. Could be a good test for Matt to see where hes at.
