This fight actually ended up a split decision, although the two judges for Diaz gave him every other round but the round of the knockdown.

Pacquiao has actually been knocked out twice, back in '96 and '99. The following is from '99. He is in danger for awhile and is finished off with a body shot. He tries to hop up before 10 but fails to beat the count.

All I could find was the whole fight. The body shot occurs about 8:20 into the video.
