I was definetly impressed by Gomez, i think he won the fight clearly.

He showed the same kind of poise and slick combination punching that he used against Tackie.

He was also ducking and slipping a lot of shots early, but he still gets hit a lot.

I agree with the scores, 98-92.

Great fight. I really wanna see Gomez-Chavez. Thats gonna be a good fight

Gomez wins. My scores were closer to Teddy's. The judges had it a landslide.

He won yes, but not by 6 points. That is way off. I had Gomez winning by 2.

Told you both these guys were chumps.

Ben Tackie stretched this kid and gave him all he could handle. Gomez is top 10 easily. But he may be at #10 at welterweight.

Wait both guys are chumps, but you have Gomez in the top 10 at welterweight Oo? Which two guys were chumps?

That being said, By Gomez sure didn't look as good as his Gatti fight. Though I was really impressed with his getting out of the way and jabs at the beginning. That looked really good.Though towards the later round it was more pressure which gave him more trouble.

                I give this performance a C+ if Gatti's was an A.

Both guys are chumps. I'm barely putting Gomez in the top 10. ON second thought, I still dont think he should be in the top 10. Oktay Urkal would even beat the living snot out of him.

Different class of fighters. He was less then impressive. Tackie is....old. Extremely old.

Gomez gets better every fight. Tackie doesnt lose by knockout ever, and Gomez moved around and boxed nicely. I think he did really well. Whoever thinks Tackie should have won is blind.

Comparing to what he looked like a year or so ago, he's improved so much.
