your crazy. there is no double standard. pavlik has fought some good fights now hes taking an easier one. if he fought a string of bums for 3 years like mayweather then maybe we have a problem but this is only 1 fight. no one complain about mayweather until after castillo scared him to death and he got afriad to take any real fights. pavlik is no coward 29 kos in 32 fights those are the stats of a true warrior.

lets put it this way. Duddy is more likely to make Pavlik a star than Winky Wright or especially Cory Spinks. I love Winky and admire his style, but he would not make Pavlik look very good. Dont even talk to me about Spinks.

Abraham is probebly never going to leave Germany. so theres no way that a big fight with Abraham is going to happen in America. I would argue that more or less the same is going to be with Sturm, although not so much.

Its not even like Pavlik could schedule fights with Sturm and Abraham right away. Sturm is dealing with Griffin or whatever his name is and Abraham...will likely not leave Germany.

I would like Pavlik to go to Germany to fight Abraham, but until the fight can be worked out, I think hes entitled to fight someone like Duddy. like I said in another thread, Duddy is highly rated by the WBC and WBO belts anyway, so he would have ended up being Pavliks mandatory anyhow.

Yori Boy was robbed, he should have got the decision in that fight. Duddy sucks, and obviously Duddy knows he sucks since he only took this fight with Pavlik for the paycheck. Duddy knows he can't get an upset.
