Why is John Duddy getting a title shot ?

I think the only reason he is getting a title shot is because he is a White Irish guy that lives in New York. I can't think of any other reason.

he's pretty good.all offense it'll be a stay busy fight for pav and it gives an exciting guy to watch a shot.

He's exciting and he has a big fan base. So he gets to be sacraficed to help push Pavlik's career.

Duddy is a decent fighter, give him some credit. Ok who else can you set a fight up with that has any credibility or draw more so than Duddy between now and January?

Like I said in another thread if he was going fight Wright, Wright would be like well wait 8 monthes, this, this, this, and that has to be in the contract, the fight has to be PPV, I get guaranteed this amount of money, and bunch of other ****.

Pavlik should just keep fighting and if he keeps winning these *******s in the -p4p club will lose negotiating power and Winky, the p4p clique, in reality probably dont want anything to do with Pavlik.
