Uhhhh, no he isn't. Oscar doesn't even look white (and he's one of the whitest looking Mexicans in the sport), so I don't know how you think Chavez does. Both have some white blood, but both (especially Chavez) have the native Indian appearance of most Mexicans who are pure Mexican and not mixed with European blood.

What's sad is that many Mexicans have become bitter, angry and racist. They have become insecure and hostile, and it's all their own fault. They have a land with mountains, beaches, natural resources, arable land, great weather, ideal location for shipping, etc. They have been given tons of jobs through NAFTA and other treaties. They have been free of wars and other exploitation.

Despite all that, they have completely ****ed it up. Their economy is ****. Their people are desperate. The only hope for many people is to risk their lives crossing the border.

Actually, NAFTA ****ed mexico up the ass. It forced otherwise agrarian and self supporting communities to become factory workers getting paid nothing to make stuff for Americans. NAFTA is a nightmare for Mexicans.

And it's not the Mexican people that have ****ed things up, it is the US supported Mexican government that has done it.

You'd be hard pressed to find a full blooded native of Mexico, actually.. People tend to have this misconception as well that "Mexican" is somehow a race and not a nationality comprised of people who share similar features, but vary as well in skin complexion, eye color, hair, etc.. It is an amalgam of settled Spaniards, some Africans, and indigenous natives.
