We have like, a million rising stars, and new exciting fighters on the scene.

Jones-Trinidad and Hopkins-Calzaghe are the only big fights i can think of that probably will be made, and dont include a rising star.

Juan Diaz may fight 3 times next year. It could include Manny Pacquiao, David Diaz, and Joel Casamayor in an ideal year.

Then Pacquiao has ONLY exciting options. Diaz's, Marquez II, Valero...

Pavlik could fight Duddy, which is an easy win for Pavlik but i think its an exciting fight and great night for boxing cause it could be on regular FREE TV.

Then Pavlik has his choice of great opponents. Like Taylor II, Calzaghe/Kessler, or maybe even Abraham. Lets just hope Pavlik picks DUDDY OR MORA, and not both.

Katsidis could get a crack at Juan Diaz. Or he could fight Campbell if Campbell doesnt ***** about getting a shot at the title lol.

I'm probably even leaving a ton of stuff out, but this alone is enough to make for a spectacular 2008.

2008 is gunna be a beastly year for boxing. We won't even know the potential match-ups until all the results from 2007 are in the books. Hopefully we get to see Guzman finally get his shot at either Pac or Marquez, Vazquez-Marquez III as well.
