Yea he is shot. Champions are using him to get some ppv buys but also get an easy win. This is what Tyson did to Holyfield but Holyfield still had the skill in him to win, to bad he doesn't have that anymore.
At this stage in his life, he needs to realize it's over and can't turn back the hands of time. He doesn't possess the one punch KO power of Foreman and doesn't exactly have the enormous physique to effectively use the crab defense like Foreman.
He won't be if he finally realizes that he can't keep up with today's heavyweight titlists and retires permanetly. He gave it his all against Ibragimov but his body and reflexes aren't up to the task anymore. he can win against second tier fighters but winning another heavy title is out of the question.
I believe holyfield has become one of those fighters who should just stop fighting. He's had an excellent career and has nothing left to prove IMO. But he has the right to do what he wants to do with his life and as long as the commission lets him fight he still will. I'm just afraid he will end up getting hurt.
