'Casa is a bit too old and war torn to be considered a threat to Diaz at this stage of his career. But if they were to fight Casamayor would give Juan all he could handle in the early rounds. I'd pick Juan Diaz by late TKO, around the 10th round.
This is also the high profile victory Diaz needs before taking on Pacquiao. Freitas started the deal, and Casamayor will finish it.
