Floyd has his p4p status at risk. Hatton, sitting at ninth, does not. Any sort of reasonably competitive fight will have Hatton smelling of roses, even if he loses. Of course if it is a blowout then it'll be a different story, but whoever you think is going to win, if you're sensible you would have to concede that a blowout is unlikely.

Hmm. I guess your fervent disrespect of Hatton must be a reflection of your obvious racism toward him and his people. Hiding behind your e-warrior ethos of never backing down is a very primitive kind of hate for little pale pink people. It's obviously clouding your judgement, as RH is definantly the one fight that Floyd can't win. He won't be able to discourage RH or break his spirit because Ricky wont be respecting anything Floyd throws. He is here to make history and looks like he has the same focus he had before winning the other fight no one would back him for, the victory over the great Kostya.Comment

Hatton already lost he just doesn't know it yet. There I can put it as simple as you.Comment

If you are p4p number 1 isn't your p4p status ALWAYS at risk. Also, what would you consider a blowout. If Floyd wins about 9 or 10 rounds but no KD'S is that a blowout? Or does Hatton have to be put to sleep (won't happen) for you to consider it such.Floyd has his p4p status at risk. Hatton, sitting at ninth, does not. If Floyd wins every round but those rounds are close fought then it isn't a blowout. If Floyd wins eight rounds to four it isn't a blowout unless those eight rounds are extremely one sided. What I know I will see is a lot of gloating if Hatton loses this fight, and even if Hatton loses by a single point, even if Hatton scores knockdowns and Floyd does not, if Hatton loses an extremely tight decision, I'm still going to have to put up with morons gloating that Floyd "whupped dat azz" or some such nonsense. Conversely if Hatton wins, even if he wins an eight round beatdown with a knockout (which is far less likely than my other scenario) then there will be intolerable sour g****s by devastated Floyd fans who have to find a reason why their boy lost to a "britiss bum".
If Floyd beats Hatton then it will be because Floyd is very good, a fact that I haven't once overlooked. If you choose to believe that Floyd can beat people because the competition is bad then I'm not entirely sure what kind of a fan you are.Comment
