If Pacquiao doesn't fight him sooner or later, I would say that Pacquiao is ducking juan. But I don't know why he is calling out pacquiao. Doesn't he want david diaz's belt first? -

lol everybody wants a piece of pac. it's the money, cant blame them. you want the most return if you're risking your life out there, common sense. the problem w/ these many choices is fighters right now are fighting only 3times a yr at most and fans, especially anti-pac fans are soooo impatient and will call pac a duck if he didn't choose the one they wanted first. haha.Comment

Pacquiao ain't ducking juan or no one. He's suppose to fight every fighter that calls him out? He still has unfinished business at 130 with JMM, sick-ass contenders in Guzman, Soto and Valero. If he opts to stay, no one would fault him. Ducking Juan? ehhhh no. The kid's got too stubborn and proud. Even if he thought a fighter could knock him the **** out, he'd fight him to prove himslef wrong.
I mean, the guy moved up from 112 to 122 to fight the champ in his first fight at that weight. Then to 126 to fight Barrera again in his first fight at featherweight. The fight after that, he goes after the champ JMM. Not long after he moves up another divison to fight Morales. No tune ups, straight to the lion's den. Seriously anybody that says Pac ducks anybody has got zero case.Comment

Juan Diaz is better then anyone who has called Pacquiao out. And if they do fight, a smart man would put money on Diaz to win a decision. I think Pacquiao is one tough sob, but I think Diaz will hurt pacquiao badly, but I can't see him stopping pacquiao. Maybe not at counter punching yet, but I don't really like JMM, so I'm biased. I find him overrated and barrera beat him and got robbed. And I believe Juan can beat JMM aswell. I don't even think Juan would allow JMM to have any time to counter the punches. And Juans defense is quite well. It's hard to judge such a boxer like Juan because he is amazing at offense and defense. And thats the difference between good boxers and great boxers. He is getting better with each fight. And I think you're one of the ppl who picked julio to beat juan. So your point of view is probably more biased then my hatred for JMM and JMM's gift decisions.Comment

AbSOlutely. Pac's best chance is now while Juan's relatively green. From a business standpoint it works also. A loss against Diaz wouldn't really damage his stock. Great fights at 130 and people would give him the benefit of the doubt loosing to a champ a higher weight class (although I think he would'nt be destroyed at 135). And if he wins, he's got three belts and lets everyone chase him at 135 since everyone wants to fight in anyweyz.
At 24 and exponentially improving, Diaz is 33-0, 3 belts in a sport that he calls a hobby? **** me....
I don't think that Diaz is better than anyone that called out Pac. It would prolly be the hardest since he has to move up. But seriously if Juan was campaining at 130, people would look at this fight totally differently.Comment
