Um, a lot of the Pinoy posts have been soooooo brainless, so I don't feel like arguing against them who aren't even listening properly. But someone did mention Manny beats Morales in his prime, such as the Morales that beat Zaragoza. You couldn't have been anymore WRONG. Morales was a beast at 122lbs. Unstoppable power punching machine that threw EVERY punch in the book. Manny was still 1 handed happy at 122lbs and not nearly as technically sound or solid as Morales. Morales would have toyed with Manny using his same boxing skills that beat Manny in the 1st fight where Manny was 1 handed happy as usual. Yet at that time, it wasn't even prime Morales that beat Manny. So your saying an IN PRIME Morales would not beat Manny the way he did when he was out of his prime in the first fight they had at 130lbs where he's less effective? Please stop smoking that crack. Morales would have KOed Manny badly at 122lbs. BTW-I'm not Mexican, nor am I filipino, so I leave bias out of my posts. I'm sorry if it's too much to hear when your unbeatable God is taking factual hits.

I think the fight could go either way. In any event, it would an absolutely classic fight.

wtf is wrong w/ you calling 'these' pinoys brainless if their opinions go against yours? you seem like you're regretting having had to pick that name of yours so everytime there's a pacthread you tread the waters safely for fear of being called a pachugger. w/ a name like yours, i rarely or even cant remember you even favor pac in any 50-50 fight. you just straightaway didnt give him a chance like in this thread w/o giving some incisive analysis.

Julio is more fundamently grounded than Manny. Technically he is tighter. Then again, that might prove to mean nothing. But even in Manny's wars with Morales and Marquez and the like, they gave him room to throw those long reachy punches he likes to fight with. He is so off balance when he throws those punches, and they are so looping. Juan would stay in close, and test Manny's defence. Manny has never really had to show off alot of inside skill in his fights with MAB, EM, Solis, Marquez or the rest. They have been wars, but not inside wars. It is a totally different sport on the inside. I think Juan forces Manny to fight his fight and forces his corner to stop it like he did Julio.

I agree with the point about the inside fighting. It would be interesting to see how Manny would handle that because Juan is a tremendous inside fighter. Plus his handspeed could very well match Manny's. At this point I don't know who would win, but it would be an exciting fight and would be interesting to see which guys will would break first. If I had to pick I would pick Pac just based on punching power, but Diaz has seemed to take a good shot and the only way it seems he's going to be stopped is if his conscious is seperated.
