i watched the Hatton v Collazo fight last night and i thought Hatton won the
fight based on the fact he forced the fight from start to finish and instigated all the action and the momentum of the fight was with Hatton nearly all the way through ,the only time it looked like Collazo was getting the better of it was when Ricky stepped of the gas and gave Collazo the room and time to pick his shots but as soon as he upped the pace again he was incontrol ,its true he did get caught by some monster counters and in the last round he was shakin up no question but to me it was like watching Pavlik against Taylor once about 40/50 seeconds had passed his head looked clear as a bell so its says to me he has that capacity of recovering quickly as all good fighter do he was definetly hurt though

i would be inclined to attribute a lot of this to underestimating Collazo and tyring to impress on his debut in the US ,however i cant see how esle he would have fought this fight even if he did'nt underestimate Collazo he would have had to still had to apply the same preassure and make it a gruelling fight but maybe he would have moved his head more and not been so axious to impress the crowd and be so reckless coming foward ,i thought he still won the fight though no question of that in my eyes
