download the sopcast client first, after you have it installed enter that address into the address bar on the sopcast client.

you must download the sopcast or tvu player.

if you download sopcast there is an address bar on the top of the page.

copy and paste it.

if you have tvu player (or d/l it) just click the sports section and click MMA TV channel.
