i can see why people are sayin liston and marciano, because they did damage to their opponents, but it must be remembered wlad and vitali, for all their faults, are the two of the biggest mother****ers to ever hold belts and have got fantastic KO records. theyve got unbelievable power. danny williams said bein hit by tyson was like bein hit by a train but gettin hit by vitali was like gettin hit by an earthquake

Also its difficult to knock someone out if their running and holding as you get close. You're dumb I dont even know what I said all this.haha
grow up and yeah i dont know why you said all this because what you said was ******. spinks just came in there for a pay day and he was blown up in weight. he is a light heavyweight hall of famer, not heavyweight. and larry holmes was past his prime. you have to be dumb as hell if you give tyson full credit for knocking out fighters who was past thier primes. now again, tyson never knocked out a great fighter who was in thier prime. he was picked apart by holfield twice and was dominated before he was knocked out by buster douglas. you need to do your research.

They all knocked out quality opponents and had massive power

I was going by that smartass. Now YOU do your research. You= yourself, buddy,be proud. Also most of the ppl Tyson faced were contenders, just like the contender Wlad and Vitali face's in todays time. Go look up the records of them if ya dont believe me.Tyson made them look like bums, but their record and rank, and title holdings dont lie. Go ahead now, check em out. I'll be here.

Im not trying to own anybody. I dont come here for that. I was just stating my opinion until you had to go and call me dumb for no reason. on topic, all champions has to fight contenders at some point. I was saying that tyson should not get credit for knocking out fighters who were past thier primes. if you take away the great fighters he beat that were past thier primes, he has beat nobody great. mike tysons greatest claim to fame is becoming the youngest heavyweight champion ever. thats it. from that point on he has had a downhill carreer. i believe right now Vladimer has accomplished more than tyson did. vladimer is an olympic gold medalist and a two time heavyweight champ. plus he is still defending his title. I dont have to do any research. i am just going by what i know.

The 6'6 powerhouse Wlad is definitely one of the hardest punchers of all time... I'm not blindly saying he is #1, arguably he is not, but these racist-bias points of view have to end.

Wlad is here to stay and he is the ruler of the division...
"YOU" can discredit the division all you want, and the reason you see it this way is because how easily he wins!

First you were complaining that there was no dominant champion after Lewis retired.. now Wlad is the dominant HW and now there is no one out there to match his skill... everyone is a bum!

Yeah OK.. bunch of racist hippocrates who cannot accept a WHITE dominant HW!

              Grow Up!

You didnt say past primes, didnt even say primes. You said he didnt knock out anyone that was great, thats exactly what you said. Then I put you in your place by correcting you.

As for Tyson not accomplishing anything really, well thats your opinion in which you're in the minority anywhere you go with your opinion. Like I said, its your opinion as ridiculous as it sounds so,so be it.

i agree that tyson never beat anyone great. his legacy is inflated because he MIGHT have been one of the greats, not that he WAS one of the greats IMO. i personally think wlad has beat a better standard of opponent and lennox and holyfield are streets ahead of tyson for achievements IMO.

tyson definately is overerated, i persoannly think he was too small to beat lennox or vitali even in his prime, tho think he had a good chance against wlad, though wlad could have quite easily beat him also. prime tyson - wlad would have been a great fight. could have ended at any second
