Vernon Forrest at his best

Even today with his age Forrest still has a lot of natural ability left over. I picked him to beat Baldomir but I didn't know he would look that amazing doing it. He's definitely a threat to people in the 154lbs division.

that was probably the worst round of shane's life. that right hand that forrest landed was a thing of beauty.
