Not sure if it's official since it's from wikipedia and all. But if it does happen it should be a great fight. Of course if Bernard beats him then Calzaghe will instantly be labelled a "bum" and if Calzaghe beats Hopkins, they will just say Hopkins was way too old.

I don't see either man getting much credit for this. Even though people were screaming for it years ago.

not enough americans let alone new yoricans give a F about either boring-hop or joe-c to fill up the yankee stadium.

boring-hop doesnt even have the draw or appeal to drive that type of venue

good match up. I say Calzaghe by TKO because once he starts he wont stop, he's a strong super middleweight with great power and skills so Bernard wont be able to rough house him like that, I can see Joe just simply punching himself into a win by overwhelming what will be a cautious Bernard, one that will not be able to cope with Joe's overall machine gun like punches, Hopkins is a tough guy so maybe he will make it into championship rounds but still Joe will eventually make his way in and wail off, unless Bernard clinches more than what Ricky Hatton is famous for and headbutts EVERY single time he can, I can't see Bernard doing much more than that except defend and fight a similar fight to his Wright fight, Calzaghe would murder him either way, he should fight the winner of Roy VS Trinidad to finish his career so he could redeem the doubts left behind..

I know Roy ain't feeling Hopkins too much after all the bull**** but money talks and Bernard got money, I say take on the winner of that fight because it's a fight he has a BIGGER margain of chance to win but against Joe IMO his chances are 0, ultimately I just say Bernard shouldn't take this fight, if he does he's a warrior, as he stands right now he's a warrior but he's an aging warrior against a young, undefeated and current longest reigning champion today in Joe Calzaghe, I just don't think Hopkins can do it but if he steps up then **** it I'll watch the fight, I got Joe to win by an onslaught TKO, having Bernard hurt and going down, it wont be because Bernard is so hurt he can't continue but the wear and tear will bring twice the fatigue into him and with a guy like Joe you can't tire, because he doesn't, Bernard has phenominal stamina for his age but he hasn't had someone push his barriers like Joe will in his recent fights, he would need to rewind like 5-10 years ago to even stand a chance IMO.. 100

What is Calzaghe or the management looking past Kessler? There is a 45 percent chance Kessler could win. He is young and has shown some decent skills b. Calzaghe is old 2. If Calzaghe wins (he will take some punishment guaranteed) then Hopkins will mop his white ass over the ring.

45%? id say atleast 60% chance of MK beating JC. i say only 60% cuz this fight is happening in JC LAND where refs have been known to wave off a fight due to a weak 3second flurry that didnt hurt anyone except the audience.

This fight will be boring, or completely one-sided.

Either Hopkins is going to control the ring, and limit Calzaghe to landing under 100 punches, or Calzaghe is going to ****ing overwhelm him.

This fight is also almost guaranteed to happen, if Calzaghe beats Kessler.
