He's up there but I still think considering Louis's size he hit harder. i don't think Tyson was a big one shot guy he was powerful in combinations although I do think A prime Tyson would KO Wlad. Sorry I know it not what you WANT to hear but were all entitled to an opinion. Shavers and Foreman hit harder than Wlad. But Wlad is definatly up there but P4P i would say they are alot more fighter's that are more powerful.

oh yea and no, Wlad isnt the hardest puncher of all time, but he sure does hit hard. the old Wlad before Manny would put a ton of power behind his punches and would sit down on them all the time, thats the one you should be looking at. and quite honestly, he didnt have that devastating KOs. but he hit plenty hard.

But I think Foreman probably had the most ridiculously heavy hands. Imagine if he had the speed of a Tyson or Wlad along to go with the heavy hands he had?
