Margarito is slow in the first few rounds and it takes him about four to really get off and adjusted, hes would be out quick.
Mayweather does the bare minimum to win a round, he also would be out.

I think it would come down to Mosley, Cotto, Williams, Cintron... Winky wouldn't be in this one because he is too big.
