Well Hatton is the undisputed 140 Champ and undefeated so we have a start.
Whether you like it or not Miguel Cotto is still undefeated and did a better job on Judah than Mayweather did whether you like it or not.
SO we have 2 fighters right there at the top of the rankings one of which we finally get to see floyd meet.
There are also other CONTENDERS in the division whether you like them or not in Williams , Cintron , Margerito etc.
Whether you like it or not , just because a fighter doesn't have an unbeaten record it does not mean he will not win again.
