As a boxing community we have to demand...

As a boxing community we have to demand big fights with big matchups.

The WW division may have as much talent now as it did back in the days of hearns and leonard and all those guys (Cotto, Pwil, Mosley, Cintron, Clottey, Berto, Marg). Cotto-Mosley is a good start to seeing these big matchups. I know it was MW, but Taylor-Pavlik was a great matchup that I would watch again and again and again. I could care less about who won and lost that fight, it was just a hell of a battle that told us a lot about both fighters.

Promoters and egos ($$$, fear of losing the -0 record) seem to get in the way of these big fights these days, but we need to convince the fighters and promoters that we want these fights and that we wont stop watching a fighter if he loses, but ****, how do we do that????
