You know what I would agree with you IF and it is a BIG IF he did not get in there with Clottey. I think Arum is not going to be so fast to hand control back to GBp like Oscar handed to him and Manny when he took his daily whippin from PAC. I knew this was going to happen when PAC announced to fight Hatton because at that time you wuz hearing rumblings of a possible Floyd vs Hatton rematch with Senior asd Hatton trainer it would have been a great sell. But PAC spoiled that and On the other side of the coin you wuz hearing about Marquez vs PAC 3 but Floyd made sure that didn't happen right? I think this was the plan until the negotiations fell through.

It was close, and his head kept on snapping back, and officialy, a win is still a win.

FFS, he was comparing clottey vs cotto and ssm vs cotto. You do know that Clottey vs Cotto was a close fight?

I can't say I blame him either, I'd rather stay below Welterweight and fight a bunch of retiring legends and overhyped prospects until I retire too. It beats having to step in the ring with serious threats and risk the dreams of an entire Nation.

Here's Pacquiao's reaction if he ever finds out he must face Mayweather......

Wow! TS was WAY off on this one!

Manny wants no part of Floyd. How do you turn down 40 million to avoid a drug test & the biggest fight in history. There is no excuse for it accept he doesn't want to fight a great skilled slick boxer like Floyd.

Why wont Mayweather just get in the ring with him like Cotto,De LaHoya and Hatton did? None of them asked for Olympic style drug testing. Who sounds like the scared one?

i dont think Roach and Manny like the Mayweather's. They're not gonna let a big mouth punk dictate terms to them. A lot of it is ego. Plus I think Manny and Roach get a kick out of depriving Mayweather that monster payday. Manny doesnt need the $$$. He doesnt need Mayweather either. If Mayweather was as great as his big mouth tells you he is,he would get in the ring and kick Pac's ass steroids or not!!

It's totally understandable people feel so bitter when their guys lose to a smaller guy coming from 106 lbs.

Manny will lose eventually. He could even lose to Marquez or GUzman next year. But you're asking Manny to chew more than he can swallow.

Asking him to go one more division up is wishing for the small guy to get beat up. No matter who it is or what weight, you'd love to see him get beat up.

There's so much to do at 130. I won't be surprised someone asks Manny to fight Pavlik in 2009. The height difference is less than 1 foot anyway.

                Totally ridiculous.

(Manny's first bout, at the beginning of 1995)

They aren't that far apart in body growth... except Floyd kept moving up, drying out less and less for each fight, and Pacquiao has stayed in each class for as long as possible.
