I never knew Hector Velazquez and Jorge Solis were some of "the best". My mistake. Name me a big opponet Pacquiao beat aside from war torn mexican legends Barrera and Morales. Don't worry, I'll give you plenty of time.

Freddie Roach is smart not wanting to fight JM, same as Manny Steward not wanting Naseem Hamed to fight JM when he was his mandatory fight for two years and never got that chance... Fact is Barrera, Morales are great fighters but not in the same class as Marquez, all three fighters were exposed to each other and had great fights that generated money. Fact is Marquez was the best kept secret for too long. I only hope those who read this have an open mind not Hugging Pacmans nuts....I respect all his wins what I dont respect is him avoiding his mandatory a true champion takes the doubt out of any fans minds that he is the best by challenging the champion or anybody the public sees fit to test him... Somebody mentioned Rocky Juarez sorry buddy not in the same class or even considered a dream match up, Juarez Great Fighter Great Power but no good trainer or training.... A true champion I consider is Sugar Shane Mosley who had his last four losses at the end of his career before his comeback ... He could of taken a trilogy with De la Hoya or a fight with Trinidad for more money , anybody else but he fought winky wright and Vernon Forest and lost admirably he said himself He allowed them and gave them the opportunity to get the championship because he saw himself in them when nobody would give him the opportunity. Manny is not even a World Champion rightnow , he is a Paper Intl Champion with no belt , just a fighter with a good fane base, something every fighter needs... Now A Rematch with JM would only solidy the first fight was a mistake why not take that chance "WHY DUCK JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ" Even with the 10 - 6 first IT is still a draw. IF you only see all Bob Arum will do "TOP RANK INC CEO" is milk money for all he's got.... get him fights with baby bull diaz , jorge linares, joan guzman, humberto soto, fights that will only generate money but not a legend or crediblity, only beating up and comers but not a dream match up. maybe dream match up would be Pacquaio - Mayweather I would love to see that

        K.Cintron- A berto
Marquez fought Barrera like an offence machine. We all know that Marquez is superior to all at counter punching so he wasn't at his best against Barrera even though Marquez did win the fight he is a counter puncher not an offence fighter.

I really am pysched that Marquez v. Juarez are fighting but for this fight im not picking a winner, may the best fighter win. But don't be surprised if Rocky finally gets it right and pulls the upset. Have you seen Marquez knuckle? It still looks swollen, i don't see how he will be 100 percent come fight night against Rocky. Thought I expect Marquez to play counter puncher with Juarez all night long.

        That's a fact.

Pac has already said that he is willing to fight anybody at 130. He has done that and has proven it.
Pacie, listen and go and check out the univsion website. Marquez said he is looking to fight Pacquiao again and he wont let foolish decicions by Nacho get in the way of a fight.

Plain and simple if Marquez v. Pacquioa doesn't happen it will be Pacquioa's fault.

And you and i know that Marquez was robbed against John. The low blows were bull**** if you remember John had his trunks up to his shoulders.

I never knew Baldomir to be the best.

            Nor an old DLH

            Nor Judah

            Nor Gatti

            Nor Ndou

In fact just about everyone in Fake Floyd's resume.

Of course there's Castillo. Who beat him in the first fight.

            Stick to your excuses.

An old Oscar is still as dangerous as an old Barrera or Morales, correct?

Judah was on a bit of a losing streak since Tszyu but he was still regarded as one of the top 5 in his division at the time by most analysts of the Mayweather fight.

Like it or not, Baldomir was a big name in 2006 coming off of big underdog wins against Judah and Gatti. The media loved his "Cinderella Story" and he was a big name then.

Lovemore N'Dou was kinda a light weight Demarcus Corley. Not the most talented man in the sport but would definitely give any serious contender all they could handle.

And I love how you left out a prime Castillo, and a prime Corrales. Then again I guess that wouldn't have suited your hate post much.

I didnt said he didn't get robbed. I was able to watch the fight and I agree he won by a slight margin. But we both know ferocity that there are hometown bull**** decisions everywhere. Add the fact that Marquez is fighting the hometown hero that night.

But let's consider the CJ fight moot. It has no bearing whether Pac or JMM will win. In my opinion this is a pick-em fight and as even a fight as it gets.

If JMM isn't ****** enough to ask for a 75-25 split then this fight will happen. The reason why JMM is not getting his paydays is because his ****ty management keeps getting him in trouble. They're asking for too much.

A 45-55 split is more that fair already. Pac could get about 2.5-3 mil while JMM could get 2mil.

Under those terms JMM should fire Nacho and just sign the damn contract! Everyone wants to see this fight.
